Q: How are sales tracked and how do you ensure I get commissions for all sales I generate?
A: Affiliates should login to their control panel and use the Products->Generate Links tool to generate links to our site or the Spinach order pages. The links that are generated for you contain tracking information to ensure you are credited for sales that occur now or in the future. We use a combination of URL, affiliate ID, cookie and session tracking to ensure you get credited for all sales you generate.
Q: What commission do you pay?
A: You receive 50% commission for any sale. We pay some of the highest commissions to our affiliates of anyone in the industry!
Q: How are commission payments made to me?
A: You are paid on the 15th of every month for the sales for the previous month. The minimum amount paid is USD$100, if your sales commission has not reached USD$100, then you will be paid the next month.
Q: Who processes the payments and pays me?
A: We have partnered with one of the longest established and most trusted payment processors and affiliate management companies on the Internet - ShareIt/Element5.
Q: Can I check my sales and commissions online?

login to your affiliate control panel anytime for real-time statistics.
Q: Do you have any guidelines your affiliates need to follow?
A: Yes, in the interest of protecting other affiliates, customer and ourselves, we require all affiliates to comply with the following guidelines at all times. Spinach reserves the right to terminate affiliates at our discretion
- Affiliates must always represent Spinach Software in a professional, ethical and accurate manner.
- Web sites and any other material representing Spinach must be up to date and current with Spinach.
- Affiliates must not
misrepresent or otherwise make unsubstantiated claims with respect to Spinach including misleading scare tactics.
- Affiliates must never use spyware, adware or other malware methods of marketing for Spinach or any other product.
- Affiliates must not represent Spinach's web site in an HTML frameset on any other webpage or website.
- Affiliates may not use any scripted or otherwise automated way of generating traffic or sales unless users have initiated such an action.
- Affiliates may not artificially inflate their traffic or sales to/of Spinach.
- Affiliates may not start downloads of Spinach without the users knowledge.
- No form of spam or other unethical advertising may be used when promoting Spinach.
- Affiliates may not use any form of marketing or promotion that Spinach Software (at their discretion deem inappropriate.
- Spinach may not be bundled with any other software or services without Spinach Software's prior approval.
